PAYMENTS & DEPOSITS

A deposit of 50% is required to secure your appointment and will be credited towards your TOTAL! ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-TRANSFERABLE. We accept all major Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Zelle, and/or CASH on the day of service before service is rendered. If paying with Cash please bring the exact amount we do not carry change. PAYMENT PLAN OPTIONS are available for PACKAGES ONLY! (please email: hocsblllc@gmail.com for payment options) Tips are always welcome💆‍♀️.

If you cannot make it to your appointment, please note a minimum of 48 hours advance notice is required so that your deposit can be credited to your next service. This does not apply to cancellations with less than 48-hour notice, no shows, or appointments being canceled due to No Shows which will result in the card on file being charged 100% of the remaining balance.  

Same day cancellations: If you cancel the same day as your appointment, you will lose your deposit. If you are on a package and cancel the same day you will lose that service. You may not reschedule same day cancellations. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. You may only reschedule once if you are on a package.

LOCATION OF SERVICE

I am located at 11500 Northwest Freeway Suite 439 HOUSTON, TX 77092. If you have not
received a confirmation email 24 hours before your appointment, please contact me.
There is a 10 minute grace period – A late fee of $15 will be added if you are more than 10
minutes late, no exceptions. Please be respectful of my time and other clients with scheduled
appointments. If more than 10 minutes late with no prior notice, your appointment will be
canceled.
Due to COVID-19, masks are recommended but not a requirement. If you are sick or have any
of the following symptoms: Cough, Sore Throat, Shortness of Breath, Fever or Chills, Loss of
taste or smell. Please Reschedule!!!
